LTM190E1-L03 – A PERFECT CHOICE IN THE DOMAIN OF COLOR ACTIVE MATRIX TFT – LCD

LTM190E1-L03 is Samsung Electronics’ color active matrix TFT in the range of liquid color displays (LCD). Like all other similar components in the LCD market, as launched by various other reputed manufacturers, LTM190E1-L03 too deploys amorphous silicon TFTs as switching devices and, is composed of a TFT LCD panel, a driver circuit and a backlight system. A study of the specifications and key outline features of LTM190E1-L03 however, prompts a decision to opt for an LTM190E1-L03 against other available substitutes.

The Key Differentiators

LTM190E1-L03, to begin with, has a high contrast ratio, high aperture structure and a wide viewing angle. The speed response rate too is quite high and the device is pocket friendly. It is a low power consumption component. Owing to its compact design, LTM190E1-L03 can fit in smartly. It operates on the PVA (Patterned Vertical Alignment) mode and has low voltage differential signaling interface of about 2 pixels / clock. LTM190E1-L03 operates in DE only mode and the structure has two dual CCFTs (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Tubes).

Optical Characteristics

The contrast ratio of LTM190E1-L03 is 600, the rising response time is 15msec and the falling response time is 10msec. Luminance of white reading is 250cd/m2 and the perfect viewing angle is 85 degrees. Brightness uniformity is 25% and the color chromaticity varies with colors.

The mentioned features qualify LTM190E1-L03 for use in workstations and desktop monitors, in display terminals for AV application products and in monitors for industrial machinery.
